Description

You will drive technical initiatives within IAM engineering, focusing on Access Management, Automation, and Reporting. You will design, code, test, debug, and document technology upgrades and deployments. You will lead moderately complex technical initiatives and act as an escalation point for less experienced staff. You will manage sprint and release planning, including backlog grooming, prioritization, and capacity utilization. You will contribute to large-scale strategic planning and technical evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement solutions for Access Management, Automation, and Reporting.
• Lead technical initiatives and serve as a senior escalation point.
• Manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release capacity.
• Collaborate with peers to resolve technical challenges and ensure process consistency.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Object Oriented Programming (OOP).
• 7+ years of experience with SQL Server.
• 5+ years of experience with C#.NET Core.
• 3+ years of experience with Entity Framework.
• 3+ years of experience developing RESTful web services using .NET Core.
• 3+ years of UI design experience using MVC, Razor Pages, or Blazor Views.
• 3+ years of experience with JavaScript frameworks such as jQuery, Ext JS, Kendo UI, or AngularJS.
• 2+ years of experience with PCF (Pivotal Cloud Foundry) deployments.
• Proficiency with Enterprise Pipeline Tools including GitHub, Jenkins, uDeploy, Fortify, or Blackduck.
• Experience working within Agile Scrum or Kanban methodologies and Atlassian products like Confluence and Jira.
