Drive technical initiatives within IAM engineering, focusing on Access Management, Automation, and Reporting.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement solutions for Access Management, Automation, and Reporting.
• Lead moderately complex technical initiatives and serve as an escalation point for less experienced staff.
• Manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, release capacity, and prioritization.
• Contribute to large-scale strategic planning and technical evaluations.
• Collaborate with peers to resolve technical challenges and ensure process consistency.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Object Oriented Programming (OOP).
• 7+ years of experience with SQL Server.
• 5+ years of experience with C#.NET Core.
• 3+ years of experience with Entity Framework.
• 3+ years of experience developing RESTful web services using .NET Core.
• 3+ years of UI design experience using MVC, Razor Pages, or Blazor Views.
• 3+ years of experience with JavaScript frameworks such as jQuery, Ext JS, Kendo UI, or AngularJS.
• 2+ years of experience with PCF (Pivotal Cloud Foundry) deployments.
• Proficiency with Enterprise Pipeline Tools including GitHub, Jenkins, uDeploy, Fortify, or Blackduck.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within Agile Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
• Proficiency with Atlassian products like Confluence and Jira.
