Description

You will support Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems and applications in the production environment, resolving issues and managing operational tasks.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Resolve application issues and respond promptly to support calls for production systems.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and team activities to maintain operational continuity.
• Utilize DevOps tools to deploy and test new features.
• Create and update documentation to support development efforts and system knowledge.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional IT experience.
• Proven experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for tracking and documentation.
• Familiarity with Azure or GCP cloud services.
• Experience using My Services platforms.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Proficiency in Excel for data handling and reporting.
