Description

You will coordinate issue management processes and drive remediation plans using Archer and PowerBI.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of issue management, including leading meetings with remediation plan owners.
• Drive improvements in proactive reporting to reduce past-due or at-risk issues.
• Manage project life cycle phases, resource coordination, and task assignments for implementation and support.
• Perform systems analysis and develop recommendations for process design solutions and improvements.
• Lead the preparation of business cases, cost/benefit analyses, and risk assessments.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with Archer for issue management.
• Proficiency using PowerBI for reporting and analysis.
• 2-4 years of experience in issue management.
• Familiarity with IAM, Security Architecture, and Security Engineering concepts.
• Experience managing project interdependencies and handoffs.
• Ability to serve as a technical subject matter resource for systems and business line staff.
