Description

You will lead the installation, configuration, and management of Identity and Access Management (IAM) products and user lifecycle processes.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure Identity and Access Management (IAM) products and directory services.
• Manage user lifecycle processes, including provisioning, de-provisioning, reconciliation, and deletion.
• Implement Single Sign-On, Identity Federation, Multi-factor Authentication, and Context-based Authentication.
• Integrate target systems like Active Directory, RACF, EBS, and databases with IDM solutions.
• Develop workflows, manage roles, and customize connectors through scripting.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT experience specializing in Identity Governance and Access Management (IGAM).
• 5+ years of experience in Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.
• 5+ years of experience in architecture, migration, and support for SailPoint, Saviynt, or Okta IGA.
• Hands-on experience with ForgeRock IDM, Active Directory, LDAP, and Cloud IAM.
• Deep understanding of OAuth 2.0, SAML, Kerberos, and API Security.
• Proficiency in RBAC, ABAC, PBAC, and Separation of Duties (SoD).
• Technical proficiency in J2EE, JSF, Spring, JSON, REST, SCIM, and SOAP-based web services.
• Strong knowledge of databases, queries, and stored procedures.
• Ability to work independently as a developer to implement IDM components.
