Description

Develop, deploy, and maintain identity and access management systems and services.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy IAM solutions, including SSO, MFA, and automated user lifecycle management.
• Develop and maintain IAM policies and controls to ensure compliance requirements are met.
• Integrate PAM solutions with SIEM, MFA, and other identity management platforms.
• Troubleshoot IAM incidents and enhance overall system performance.
• Provide subject matter expertise and guide junior team members.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of Cyber Security experience, with 5+ years specifically in an IAM role.
• 5+ years using IAM tools such as Okta, BeyondTrust, CyberArk, or Azure Active Directory.
• Strong background in PAM, specifically BeyondTrust (on-prem and Cloud).
• Experience with Customer Identity and Access Management solutions like Auth0 and B2C.
• Proficiency in scripting/development using Java, Shell, PowerShell, Python, or Perl.
• Knowledge of authentication protocols: SAML, OIDC, OAuth, Web Authn.
• Experience with directory services including LDAP and Active Directory.
• Ability to translate business access requirements into technical specifications.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CyberArk.
• CISSP or IAM-specific industry certifications.
