Description

You will own the design, implementation, and maintenance of secure identity and access management solutions to support automated identity lifecycle management.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain IAM solutions using Okta, Okta Workflows, and SailPoint for scalable identity lifecycles.
• Lead SSO integration for internal and third-party applications to ensure secure authentication.
• Develop and enforce access control policies and governance models to meet SOX certification requirements.
• Manage enterprise application onboarding into Okta, including custom configuration and production rollout.
• Participate in incident response and troubleshooting for identity-related issues across infrastructure.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IAM with direct ownership of Okta or SailPoint implementations.
• Expertise in Okta platform: Universal Directory, Lifecycle Management, and SSO integrations.
• Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityNow, including identity governance and provisioning.
• Strong understanding of SAML, OAuth, OIDC, and MFA authentication protocols.
• Ability to build automation using Python, JavaScript, or Okta Workflows.
• Proficiency working with REST APIs.
• Familiarity with SOX, access certifications, and IAM audit support.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Okta Certified Professional or Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAm).
• CISSP or Security+ certifications.
