Description

Lead application maintenance and operational productivity for a dedicated team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage team productivity, weekly work plans, and deadline adherence.
• Own issue resolution by addressing escalations and driving problems to completion.
• Oversee application maintenance processes and conduct periodic consistency reviews.
• Manage production source code, configuration files, database changes, and technical documentation.
• Review and approve all changes to central repositories.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience designing and maintaining systems with at least 500 man-days of development effort.
• Proficiency in C#, VB.NET, or Java programming.
• Experience with Microsoft .NET (version 4.5 and above).
• Strong expertise in Microsoft SQL Server.
• Hands-on experience with Tibco.
• Experience managing large volumes of data and batch/online application design.
• Competency in integration, job scheduling, automation, and workflow management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with FileNet.

Education: Any Graduate degree.
