Description

You will manage the monitoring, maintenance, and support of IBM ACE integration applications and batch jobs.

Responsibilities

• Monitor application health and batch job execution using observability tools and actionable alert configurations.
• Triage incidents and lead problem management, including Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for permanent fixes.
• Perform break-fix activities, configuration changes, and vulnerability or SII remediation.
• Manage certificate lifecycles, including creation, deployment, and post-patching validation.
• Maintain operational documentation, including Run-books, SOPs, and Known Error Databases (KEDB).

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in Integration Platform Development and Support.
• Hands-on experience with IBM ACE.
• Proven experience conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Proficiency in maintaining SOPs and KEDB documentation.
• Experience with batch job scheduling, execution, and log analysis.
• Ability to manage certificate lifecycles and Disaster Recovery (DR) support tasks.
• Experience with incident, ticket, and problem management workflows.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with partner onboarding and user profile management.
• Support for release deployment activities.
