Description

Lead the management, development, and maintenance of IBM ACE, MQ, and Java production environments in Charlotte, NC.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop IBM ACE, MQ, and Java integrations to ensure optimal performance and availability.
• Troubleshoot IBM ACE and MQ applications using debuggers, trace files, and message processing error analysis.
• Automate application monitoring and health checks through custom scripting.
• Implement change requests, defect fixes, and system deployments following change management processes.
• Collaborate with DBAs, development teams, and IBM support to resolve complex integration, database connectivity, and security issues.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in IBM ACE, MQ, SQL, and Java production environments.
• Expertise in IBM ACE, MQ, and Apigee API management.
• Strong experience supporting ESB integrations using Java, SQL, FTP, SFTP, SOAP, and REST APIs.
• Proficiency in Java programming, debugging, and diagnosing application performance issues.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Jenkins, and Maven.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka and cloud integration.
• Competency in SQL scripting for data retrieval and manipulation.
• Experience using monitoring tools such as Avada Monitoring and Splunk.

Preferred Skills

• Document configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for all integration components.
