Description

You will lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise API and integration solutions. You will guide technical teams through the API development lifecycle and mentor junior developers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end API lifecycle delivery and support.
• Design and build scalable, secure, and reusable API services aligned with enterprise standards.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and implementation plans.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership to engineering teams.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of integration and API development experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on IBM API Connect (APIC) experience.
• Strong experience designing and developing REST and SOAP services.
• API security expertise, including OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, JWT, and TLS.
• Strong knowledge of JSON, XML, and XSLT.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE) and IBM MQ.
• Knowledge of AWS, AWS EKS, and Red Hat OpenShift.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps practices, and microservices architecture.
