Description

Design and develop integration solutions using IBM App Connect Enterprise and IBM Sterling Integrator. This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop message flows and applications using the IBM App Connect Toolkit.
• Design APIs and translate business requirements into technical specifications and mapping documentation.
• Implement integration patterns to provide reusable solutions for architecture, design, and deployment.
• Integrate APIs with backend systems, databases, and third-party services.
• Deploy APIs across development, staging, and production environments while implementing authentication and authorization.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of overall professional experience.
• 5+ years with IBM App Connect Enterprise and IBM Sterling Integrator.
• Expert-level ESQL coding skills.
• Hands-on experience with MQ, nodes, and message flows.
• Proficiency with XML, JSON, and MRM message formats.
• Experience with Message sets and DFDLs.
• Strong knowledge of REST API and SOAP-based web services.
• Ability to perform data/code analysis and implement scalable error-handling.
• Knowledge of ACE connectivity, transformation, and mediation capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Java programming experience.
