Description

Design, develop, and maintain business process automation solutions using IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW). You will own the end-to-end delivery of BPM projects, from requirements gathering and process mapping to implementation and support.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement workflow models to streamline and automate business operations aligned with stakeholder requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and drive digital transformation initiatives.
• Maintain and support BPM systems, including troubleshooting, bug fixes, upgrades, and patching.
• Conduct requirements sessions and process workshops with business stakeholders to define solution scope.
• Prepare and update technical and user documentation for workflows, processes, and system configuration.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in BPM and process automation, with specific expertise in IBM BAW.
• Strong programming skills in Java, JavaScript, and Python.
• Experience with database management using Oracle and SQL Server.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies including AWS and Azure.
• Knowledge of other major BPM platforms such as Appian or Pega is considered an alternative pathway.
• Proven track record of delivering enterprise BPM projects, including workflow design, testing, and ongoing support.
• Experience with SDLC methodologies and security protocols.
