Description

Design, develop, and deploy business process applications using the IBM BAW platform while taking full-stack ownership of production-ready code.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy business process applications using IBM BAW (19.x or above).
• Collaborate with product teams and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Optimize existing IBM BAW applications to improve performance and functionality.
• Perform administrative tasks including server configuration, deployment, and monitoring within the IBM BAW environment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with IBM BAW, including hands-on application building with version 19.x or above.
• Strong proficiency in Java for building microservices.
• Proficiency in JavaScript for both frontend and backend development.
• Experience with SQL, DBMS, and SQL Server.
• Deep knowledge of BPMN.
• Ability to write and maintain technical specifications.
• Experience working on regulatory or risk-related projects.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with NoSQL, Hive, or Cassandra.
• Experience in Cloud or Financial Services environments.
