Description

Own the development, integration, and performance optimization of enterprise workflow applications using IBM Business Automation Workflow and Business Process Manager.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build complex business processes using IBM BAW/BPM, integrating CSHS, HSS, Coaches, and Coach Views for responsive UI.
• Design and implement secure REST APIs and SOAP web services to connect backend systems and external data sources.
• Integrate FileNet content management capabilities and configure User Custom Actions (UCA), Event Manager, and SLA rules.
• Optimize frontend performance using AJAX and ensure efficient UI rendering for high-traffic production environments.
• Lead technical delivery, troubleshoot production issues, and manage stakeholder expectations across project phases.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of software development experience, with at least 3 years focused on IBM BAW or BPM.
• Deep expertise in IBM BAW components: CSHS, HSS, Coaches, and Coach Views.
• Proven experience implementing and consuming REST APIs and SOAP Web Services.
• Hands-on experience with FileNet integration and content management workflows.
• Proficiency in AJAX, JavaScript, and frontend performance tuning techniques.
• Strong background in UCA development, Event Manager configuration, and SLA implementation.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with performance tuning and production support for large-scale enterprise applications.
• Proven track record in team leadership and stakeholder management.
