Description

Manage and maintain IBM BPM and BAW environments from installation through support.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes to identify workflow improvements using IBM BPM.
• Develop and implement solutions to optimize existing business workflows.
• Monitor and maintain WebSphere application server uptime and performance.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues for IBM BPM/BAW and WebSphere.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation for configurations and procedures.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with IBM BPM and IBM BAW.
• Experience installing, configuring, and supporting IBM BPM/BAW in Non-PROD and PROD environments.
• Proficiency in deploying IBM BAW on OpenShift Platform.
• Knowledge of Oracle database operations supporting IBM BPM/BAW products.
• Experience with Apache webserver configuration, including SSL/TLS certificate renewal.
• Working knowledge of Linux and scripting skills.
• Familiarity with BAW Admin roles, including BPMN Snapshot deployments and Instance Purging.
• Experience with infrastructure capacity assessment and BPM Indexing/Purging activities.
