Description

You will build and maintain business processes using the IBM BPM suite.

Responsibilities

• Execute requirement analysis and process modeling for business workflows.
• Develop user interfaces using the BPM UI and Sparks toolkits.
• Implement integration services, timer events, and batch processing.
• Manage testing phases and provide regular status reporting.
• Coordinate communication between onsite and offshore teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with IBM BPM v8.5.x.
• Proficiency with BPM UI Sparks Toolkit and Client Side Human Services.
• Strong Javascript skills for UI validations and scripting.
• Experience with workflow implementation and integration services.
• Knowledge of event handling, including timer events and exception handling.
• Experience with batch processing implementations.
• Ability to perform requirement analysis and process modeling.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in any graduate field.
