You will design, implement, and maintain business process solutions within enterprise environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop new code while supporting the maintenance and enhancement of existing systems.
• Create technical architecture and solution design documents for multiple concurrent projects.
• Model organizational business processes and integrate them with existing enterprise capabilities.
• Conduct unit, system, integration, and performance testing to validate all implementations.
• Estimate effort, plan work, and coordinate delivery between onshore and offshore teams.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience in system design and implementation.
• Proficiency in Object-Oriented Analysis (OOA) and Object-Oriented Design (OOD) techniques.
• Experience designing, implementing, testing, and validating complex systems.
• Ability to work with system owners, technical teams, and functional teams.
• Strong technical documentation skills for architecture and solution designs.
• Proven ability to manage work independently and provide regular status updates.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
