Description

You will design and implement business processes using IBM BPM, translating requirements into technical workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build executable processes from limited requirements to demonstrate business logic.
• Tailor user screens for specific process activities to integrate internal and external systems.
• Implement web services integration to control process execution, decision making, and exception management.
• Develop and manage BPM UI using Coach and Spark UI components.
• Connect with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical workflows.

Required Skills

• Minimum 8 years of IT experience.
• Minimum 5 years of IBM BPM development experience with certification.
• Proven track record with at least 2 project implementations in IBM BPM 8.0 or above.
• Strong understanding of BPMN 2.0.
• Experience with Spark UI and Coach implementation.
• Proficiency in REST API implementation.
• Strong database skills with excellent query writing abilities.
• Experience implementing web services integration.
• Ability to work with Content Management System integrations.

Preferred Skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder management.
