Description

You will design and develop IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) applications, translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions. You own the integration of BAW with enterprise systems and databases, while building and maintaining ETL processes for data migration and transformation. You follow the full software development lifecycle, conduct code reviews, and contribute to architectural decisions.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop IBM BAW workflows and BPM applications.
• Integrate BAW with enterprise systems and databases.
• Build and maintain ETL processes for data migration and transformation.
• Conduct code reviews and contribute to architectural decisions.
• Document technical processes and support operational teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) in enterprise environments.
• Strong background in designing BAW workflows, BPM, and Case Management solutions.
• 4+ years of SQL development experience, including complex queries, stored procedures, and optimization.
• Experience with data modeling, ETL design, data mapping, and performance tuning.
• Development experience in Java, J2EE, DB2, SQL, PL/SQL, and JDBC.
• Familiarity with ETL logging, recovery, failover, and alerting best practices.
• Experience in the banking or insurance industry preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with MuleSoft.
• Ability to complete secure coding training aligned with regulatory requirements (OWASP, NIST, PCI-DSS, FFIEC).
