Description

You will maintain, modernize, and migrate legacy core banking system applications written in COBOL and CICS Assembler.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Migrate legacy Assembler code to COBOL.
• Maintain and support the core TALON banking system.
• Interface with modern front ends using CICS MQ Series.
• Handle specific CICS output requirements using low-level 3270 buffer commands.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with COBOL.
• Experience with DB2 and Oracle banking systems.
• Familiarity with CICS environments.
• Knowledge of VISA, ATM, and ACH interfaces.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow and Jira.
• Experience with SharePoint.
• Familiarity with Duo VPN.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with modernizing legacy mainframe systems.
