Description

You will manage and implement IBM FileNet P8 ecosystems and content management solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Execute data extraction and migration from FileNet repositories using APIs or custom scripts.
• Configure Records Management and compliance settings within FileNet.
• Integrate IBM ECM components with third-party ERP systems and cloud platforms.
• Manage Teamspaces creation, administration, and customization.
• Coordinate with IBM Support to raise and manage Problem Management Records (PMRs).

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with IBM FileNet P8, Content Navigator (ICN), Content Engine (CE), and Process Engine (PE).
• Hands-on experience with FileNet Workplace and Workplace XT.
• Proficiency in Java/J2EE, Web Services, and FileNet development scripting.
• Experience with FileNet connectors and ICN plugins.
• Knowledge of WebSphere, LDAP, and database platforms including DB2 or Oracle.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience modernizing legacy FileNet platforms to IBM Cloud Pak for Business Automation (CP4BA).
• Knowledge of Azure Cloud, DevOps tools, and CI/CD pipelines.
• IBM FileNet certification(s).
