Description

Lead IBM DataPower development modules and serve as an individual contributor for API integration and configuration.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage DataPower functions including Multi-Protocol Gateway (MPGW) and Web Services Proxy (WSP).
• Integrate backend APIs using JSON and REST protocols.
• Lead development modules while contributing as an individual developer.
• Work directly with clients to meet technical requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IBM DataPower development.
• Hands-on expertise with MPGW and WSP.
• Proficiency with IBM MQ.
• Strong Java development skills.
• Experience with SQL and database management.
• Backend API integration knowledge using REST and JSON.
• Version control experience using GitHub.

Preferred Skills

• Direct client-facing experience.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder management.
