Description

You will design, develop, and manage complex ETL integration flows using IBM DataStage, leading technical implementations for large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop ETL integration flows and interfaces using DataStage.
• Lead development teams across multi-phase, heterogeneous environments and multiple work streams.
• Manage end-to-end DataStage projects, including planning and executing cut-over activities and post-production support.
• Perform DataStage administration, configuration, and performance tuning.
• Guide onshore and offshore teams through large-scale technical implementations.

Required Skills

• 7 to 12 years of experience in ETL technical design and development.
• Deep expertise in DataStage administration, configuration, and tuning.
• Proven experience leading large teams as a Technical Lead.
• Hands-on experience with multiple end-to-end large DataStage projects.
• Strong understanding of relational databases and required data transformations.
• Experience managing cut-over activities and providing post-production support.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to interact with stakeholders, support personnel, and clients at all levels.
