Description

You will design technical architectures and manage complex system configurations for IBM DataStage environments.

You will work on-site in Parsippany, NJ from day one.

Responsibilities

• Design technical architectures including hardware, software, and messaging configurations.
• Lead tool evaluation efforts by defining criteria and identifying suitable software.
• Define total disaster recovery plans and present implementation options to clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guide application deployments and conduct code reviews.
• Provide production support, including participation in weekend rotations.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of application development experience.
• Expertise in IBM DataStage.
• Proficiency in SQL Server.
• Strong knowledge of Linux and Linux Shell scripting.
• Experience with production support workflows.

Preferred Skills

• Mentor junior team members and act as a project leader when required.
