Description

You will design, develop, and deploy ETL solutions using IBM DataStage (v11.x or higher), serving as the primary technical lead for offshore teams.

Responsibilities

• Design ETL mappings, workflows, and pipelines based on analyzed requirements.
• Perform data validation, optimization, and error handling for large-scale datasets.
• Lead and manage offshore developers as the primary technical point of contact.
• Conduct code reviews and participate in performance tuning efforts.
• Prepare technical documentation and support production deployment.

Required Skills

• 7–8 years of experience in IBM DataStage development and ETL processes.
• Expertise in IBM DataStage and ETL design.
• Strong SQL knowledge with experience in SQL Server, Oracle, or DB2.
• Experience in the banking or financial services domain.
• Proven ability to lead and manage offshore teams.
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and data governance practices.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with job scheduling tools such as Autosys or Control-M.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms including AWS or Azure and data lake integration.
