Description

Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL solutions using IBM DataStage.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable DataStage jobs, deploying them through the full SDLC.
• Analyze data requirements by reviewing logical and physical Data Flow Diagrams and Entity Relationship Diagrams.
• Monitor data processing pipelines to identify and resolve bottlenecks.
• Test and troubleshoot system design issues and development problems.
• Provide technical guidance to junior team members and assist leaders with project timelines.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in DataStage development and troubleshooting.
• Strong proficiency in SQL.
• Deep knowledge of data warehousing, data modeling, and database design.
• Experience using Visio and Erwin for data modeling and diagramming.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with US business teams and IT stakeholders.
• Experience with the full SDLC cycle.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across all technical levels.
