Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain IBM DataStage jobs and ETL workflows.
• Build scalable, reliable, and high-performance data integration solutions.
• Optimize ETL processes for performance and scalability.
• Troubleshoot production and non-production data integration issues.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Data Architects, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain ETL documentation and data flow diagrams.
• Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.
• Support deployment and implementation of ETL solutions across environments.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of hands-on experience with IBM DataStage.
• Strong understanding of ETL design patterns and data integration.
• Experience with SQL, relational databases, and data warehousing concepts.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

• SQL query optimization and stored procedures.
• Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Exposure to cloud-based data platforms.
• Experience with Git or other version control systems
