Description

Required Skills:

• 6 years of experience in Data Warehousing and ETL development
• Strong hands-on experience with IBM DataStage (8.x/11.x)
• Strong experience with Oracle Database (11g/12c/19c), SQL, and PL/SQL
• Experience with Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW), ODS, and Data Marts
• Good knowledge of ETL concepts such as CDC, Incremental Loads, and Slowly Changing Dimensions (SCD)
• Experience in ETL job performance tuning and Oracle query optimization
• Basic to intermediate Unix/Linux Shell Scripting
• Experience with job scheduling tools like Tidal or similar

Responsibilities:

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize IBM DataStage ETL jobs
• Provide production support, rerun failed jobs, and perform data reconciliation
• Perform root cause analysis for ETL and data-related issues
• Implement error handling, logging, and restart capabilities in ETL jobs
• Work with business and technical teams to resolve production issues
• Ensure smooth ETL operations and data quality
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and work independently
