Description

You will act as the subject matter expert for the IBM FileNet P8 platform, managing enterprise-level administration, maintenance, and cloud migration projects.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administration of FileNet environments, including object stores, document classes, security, workflows, and search functionality.
• Execute system upgrades, patches, and migration projects, specifically transitioning from on-premise to cloud-based solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex FileNet issues and optimize system performance to eliminate bottlenecks.
• Implement security protocols, access controls, and user permissions while aligning with cloud security considerations.
• Collaborate with development teams to implement case management solutions and participate in disaster recovery planning.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on experience as an IBM FileNet Administrator in enterprise environments.
• Deep knowledge of IBM FileNet P8 architecture, including Content Engine, Process Engine, and Content Search Services (CSS/CBR).
• Experience with Enterprise Manager and Application Engine (Workplace XT/Content Navigator).
• Proven track record of configuring and managing FileNet case management solutions.
• Practical experience with cloud services including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Ability to lead or participate in FileNet migration projects.
• Strong analytical skills for performance monitoring, tuning, and optimization.

Preferred Skills

• IBM FileNet P8 certification(s).
• Experience with Jython or PowerShell for automation.
• Knowledge of GDPR and CCPA compliance frameworks.
