✅ 84 months of experience supporting IBM FileNet, resolving enterprise product issues, and configuring IBM WebSphere and IBM Content Navigator in both Windows and Linux environments.
✅ 84 months of experience with Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), including development of secure SOAP and RESTful Web Services.
✅ 84 months of experience with Oracle 19c, including relational database design, data modeling, SQL object deployment, PL/SQL development, debugging, stored procedures, packages, triggers, and complex SQL query development.
✅ 84 months of hands-on experience deploying and supporting IBM FileNet Content Process Engine (CPE).
✅ 72 months of experience developing and implementing tiered .NET applications using:

✅ 84 months of experience working directly with business users to gather requirements, understand business processes, document application needs, and manage incidents and service requests using ServiceNow ITSM.
