Description

You will support IBM FileNet, resolve enterprise product issues, and configure IBM WebSphere and IBM Content Navigator in Windows and Linux environments. This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and support IBM FileNet Content Process Engine (CPE) and administer the platform.
• Develop secure SOAP and RESTful Web Services using Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA).
• Build and maintain tiered .NET applications using ASP.NET, HTML5, AJAX, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, CSS, and Aspose.
• Design relational databases, model data, and develop complex SQL queries, stored procedures, packages, and triggers in Oracle 19c.
• Gather business requirements, document application needs, and manage incidents and service requests via ServiceNow ITSM.

Required Skills

• 84 months of experience supporting IBM FileNet and resolving enterprise product issues.
• 84 months of experience with SOA, including secure SOAP and RESTful Web Services development.
• 84 months of hands-on experience with Oracle 19c, including PL/SQL development and complex SQL query optimization.
• 84 months of experience deploying and supporting IBM FileNet Content Process Engine (CPE).
• 72 months of experience developing tiered .NET applications using ASP.NET, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, CSS, and Aspose.
• Experience configuring IBM WebSphere and IBM Content Navigator in Windows and Linux environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
