Description

You will own the design, development, and administration of enterprise-wide IBM FileNet solutions.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and upgrade FileNet components including Content Engine, Process Engine, Application Engine, and Content Search Services.
• Design and implement custom workflows to automate document routing and approval processes.
• Manage migration projects and develop strategies to ensure system scalability and performance.
• Participate in architectural design to ensure efficient system implementations.
• Monitor system performance, manage user permissions, and perform disaster recovery procedures.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IBM FileNet design and development.
• Hands-on experience with IBM FileNet 4.0, 5.2.1, 5.5, and Image Services.
• Deep understanding of FileNet architecture, components, and administration tools.
• Proficiency in Java or related programming languages.
• Strong knowledge of database concepts and management.
• Experience managing document capture, scanning, and importing processes.
• Ability to translate business content management requirements into technical FileNet solutions.
• Experience defining document properties, metadata, and indexing rules.

Preferred Skills

• 8+ years of experience with FileNet P8 architecture.
• 10+ years of experience with FileNet P8 core and integrated components.
• Experience with WebSphere, Db2, Oracle, or SQL database servers.
