Description

10+ years of experience designing, developing, implementing, and supporting enterprise integration solutions. Strong expertise in IBM Message Broker, IBM Integration Bus (IIB), IBM App Connect, and IBM WebSphere MQ. Hands-on development experience with ESQL, SQL, Shell Scripting, and XML. Strong experience managing IIB environments, including deployment, configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and support of integration flows. Experience with Message Broker and MQ migrations. Strong knowledge of log monitoring, production troubleshooting, issue analysis, and resolution. Familiarity with Windows, UNIX, AIX, and Linux environments. Collaborate with business users, business analysts, IT teams, stakeholders, and external partners to understand requirements and translate them into effective integration solutions. Provide technical leadership and guidance to development and support teams, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues and uninterrupted operations. Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, leadership, and communication skills, with experience leading and mentoring technical teams
