Description

You will serve as a technical lead for complex identity and access management implementations, designing client-specific solutions and resolving high-level technical challenges.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement complex IAM solutions tailored to client requirements.
• Lead technical projects and coordinate across functional teams.
• Provide technical leadership and design specific solutions for clients.
• Solve high-level technical challenges within the IAM ecosystem.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in IAM environments.
• Expertise in IBM Tivoli Identity Manager (ISIM) and IBM Access Manager (ISAM).
• Hands-on experience with IBM ISAM/ISIM.
• Practical experience with LDAP directories, including Active Directory and Oracle.
• Experience configuring and managing WebLogic or WebSphere application servers.
• Strong technical problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills

• CISSP certification.
