Lead a small team in designing and implementing high-criticality IBM Maximo integrations and custom applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of IBM Maximo developers and oversee project delivery.
• Design and implement high-criticality integrations between disparate enterprise-grade systems.
• Develop solution architecture, custom Maximo applications, and integration objects.
• Manage the full integration lifecycle from requirements gathering to post-production support.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IBM Maximo development.
• Deep knowledge of EAM and WMS domains.
• Expertise in integration patterns and enterprise integration best practices.
• Experience implementing and monitoring enterprise-grade integrations.
• Proficiency in Agile Project Management.
• Strong Work Management business domain knowledge.
• Any graduate degree.
