What's the Job?

• Configure and customize IBM Maximo modules to meet specific business requirements, including workflow configuration, screen customization, and data integration.
• Develop and maintain Maximo applications, utilizing scripting, automation, and integrations with Maximo's development tools such as Application Designer, Automation Scripts, TRM Rules Manager, Java, SQL, and Oracle.
• Participate in Maximo patching and upgrade projects, ensuring smooth transitions with minimal operational disruption.
• Provide technical support for Maximo users, diagnosing and resolving system issues, and performing root cause analysis.
• Manage and maintain Maximo data integrity, perform data migrations, and develop reports and ad hoc queries to support business needs.

What's Needed?

• Proven experience as an IBM Maximo consultant or contractor with deep technical expertise in Maximo modules such as Work Management, Asset Management, Inventory Management, and Procurement.
• Strong knowledge of transportation and utilities industry solutions, including Spatial add-on capabilities.
• Proficiency in Maximo configuration and customization, including application designer, database configuration, workflows, security, and related capabilities.
• Experience with Maximo development technologies, including Automation Scripts (Python, Jython, JavaScript) and TRM Rules Manager.
• Solid understanding of SQL and database management systems, particularly Oracle and SQL Server, along with experience developing integrations using Maximo Integration Framework (MIF)
