Description

You will manage and support IBM Maximo and Datasplicer applications in a production environment, handling infrastructure, deployments, and troubleshooting.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and deploy software infrastructure and system enhancements.
• Troubleshoot software and system problems involving infrastructure modules.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective or preventative actions.
• Direct the implementation of custom designs and third-party product integrations.
• Manage configuration, change management, and testing activities.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience supporting Maximo or Datasplicer applications.
• Proficiency with Windows Server 2003, 2008, and 2012.
• Hands-on understanding of operating systems and software debugging.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and SQL scripting.
• Working knowledge of relational databases.
• Experience managing Active Directory and DNS.
• Proficiency in User Rights Management, NTFS permissions, and security configuration.
• Experience with group policy management and data backup systems.
• Knowledge of all software implementation and support phases.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in cross-functional teams on system-wide technology projects.
