Description

You will implement and support IBM Maximo and MAS 9 solutions for healthcare environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure, customize, and optimize Maximo for hospital equipment, biomedical devices, and facilities management.
• Implement Maximo for Service Providers, focusing on SLAs, billing, contracts, and work management.
• Support system upgrades, migrations, and integrations with EHR/EMR, CMMS, and ERP systems.
• Troubleshoot defects and provide performance support for healthcare-specific use cases.
• Document solutions, conduct knowledge transfer, and assist in defining roadmap enhancements.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on experience with IBM Maximo configuration, implementation, and support.
• 5+ years of experience implementing or supporting MAS 9 solutions.
• Strong working knowledge of healthcare asset and facilities management workflows.
• 5+ years of experience with integrations (REST, SOAP, APIs), automation scripting, and database support (SQL, Oracle, DB2).
• Familiarity with healthcare compliance standards, specifically HIPAA.
• Proven involvement in mid-to-large-scale Maximo upgrades or enhancements.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in healthcare IT environments.
• Familiarity with IBM Maximo for Service Providers in clinical workflows.
