Description

Lead and coordinate IBM Maximo system cutover and deployment activities across multiple manufacturing sites.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Support clone-and-cleanse efforts, ensuring data integrity and migration sequencing accuracy.
• Manage asset hierarchy migration, maintenance data cleansing, and validation activities.
• Coordinate Maximo integrations with manufacturing systems and ERP environments to ensure seamless operations.
• Drive readiness, issue resolution, and stabilization activities during migration events.
• Partner closely with site operations and technical teams to resolve issues.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience supporting IBM Maximo or EAM platform delivery in manufacturing environments.
• Proven expertise in manufacturing system migrations, cutovers, and data cleansing processes.
• Strong technical delivery coordination skills and experience with phased deployment strategies.
• Understanding of manufacturing operations and asset management principles.
• Experience supporting multi-site deployments, preferably within regulated manufacturing environments.
• Proficiency with IBM Maximo and EAM platforms.
• Experience integrating Maximo with ERP systems.
