Description

You will design, develop, and implement enterprise-level IBM Maximo customizations and technical components.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and enhance Maximo applications, workflows, MBOs, and automation scripts.
• Develop and modify BIRT and COGNOS reports to meet analytical requirements.
• Build and manage integrations between Maximo and third-party systems using MIF and APIs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and align technical solutions with business goals.
• Perform code reviews, troubleshoot technical issues, and resolve bugs following ITIL processes.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with IBM Maximo development and customization (5+ years).
• Expertise in Maximo Application Suite (MAS).
• Proficiency in BIRT reporting and COGNOS.
• Experience with Java-based MBO customization and automation scripting.
• Knowledge of Maximo integration frameworks (MIF) and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Proficiency in SQL and Java.
• Familiarity with ITIL-based change and incident management.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with enterprise asset management (EAM) systems.
• Integration experience with ESB, WebMethods, or custom APIs.
• IBM Maximo or MAS certifications.
