Description

You will manage and maintain IBM WebSphere MQ environments across multiple operating systems.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and upgrade WebSphere MQ on Unix, AIX, and Windows platforms.
• Manage MQ queues, clusters, channels, listeners, and trigger monitors.
• Troubleshoot MQ log files and TCP/IP intercommunications.
• Resolve major incidents related to middleware infrastructure.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience with IBM middleware technologies.
• Hands-on experience with IBM WebSphere MQ.
• Proficiency with API Connect, DataPower, and IIB.
• Experience administering Unix, AIX, and Windows platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for installation and configuration tasks.
• Ability to manage MQ clusters and channel communications.
• Experience managing TCP/IP connectivity for middleware services.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in large-scale system administration and upgrades.
