Description

You will own the administration and troubleshooting of IBM MQ, Kafka, and TIBCO messaging environments. This includes installing, configuring, and maintaining these systems across Unix, Linux, and Windows platforms.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain IBM MQ environments on Unix/Linux/Windows.
• Troubleshoot MQ issues including message backlogs, channel failures, connectivity problems, and application errors.
• Perform root cause analysis for production messaging failures.
• Monitor Kafka cluster health, troubleshoot performance issues, and manage configuration changes and topics.
• Provide operational support for TIBCO messaging components.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IBM MQ Administration.
• Strong hands-on experience with Apache Kafka, including cluster health checks and topic management.
• Proficiency with TIBCO messaging components.
• Experience with IBM Integration Bus or related integration tools.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex messaging issues in production environments.
• Experience with Unix/Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Any Graduate degree.
