Description

You will manage the installation, configuration, and administration of IBM WebSphere MQ, API Connect, and related middleware components.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and upgrade WebSphere MQ, WebSphere Application Server (WAS), and IIB across Unix, AIX, and Windows platforms.
• Perform routine system administration, including patching, updates, and environment maintenance.
• Manage backup and restore operations for IBM API Connect and APC configuration data.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues involving API Connect, Datapower, IIB, and MQ.
• Coordinate with developers and IBM Technical Support to resolve complex middleware issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in middleware administration.
• Hands-on experience with WebSphere MQ.
• Proficiency with WebSphere Application Server (WAS).
• Experience managing API Connect and Datapower.
• Knowledge of IIB administration.
• Experience operating on Unix, AIX, and Windows platforms.
• Any Graduate degree.
