Description

You will administer and support enterprise messaging infrastructure across IBM MQ, Confluent Kafka, and TIBCO EMS platforms.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Administer IBM MQ environments across Linux and Windows enterprise platforms.
• Support Confluent Kafka clusters in production environments.
• Maintain IBM Integration Bus (IIB) integrations and messaging workflows.
• Troubleshoot distributed messaging incidents across IBM MQ, Kafka, and TIBCO platforms.
• Execute monitoring, performance tuning, and operational health checks for messaging infrastructure.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of IBM MQ administration experience.
• Experience with Confluent Kafka platform support.
• TIBCO Enterprise Message Service (EMS) administration experience.
• Strong proficiency in Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience participating in 24x7 on-call production support rotations.
