Description

You will develop and implement business rules using IBM ODM to meet business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Validate and implement business rules by working directly with business stakeholders.
• Develop Java-based Web Services to support rule execution.
• Train project associates on IBM ODM implementation and best practices.
• Collaborate within an onsite-offshore delivery model.
• Participate in Agile development processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with IBM ODM Rule Management.
• Strong proficiency in Java/J2EE.
• Proven experience in Web Services development.
• Experience with Business Rule Management Systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Ability to work flexibly across different time zones.
• Strong customer interaction and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with DataPower or Cloud development/implementation.
• Knowledge of System Z.
