Description

You will manage and maintain enterprise file transfer services and connections.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain software tools used for enterprise file transfers.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and external business partners to establish and troubleshoot file transfer connections.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for the enterprise file transfer service.
• Support and manage file transfer software and services.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant IT work experience supporting file transfer software and services.
• Proficiency with Unix and Windows operating systems.
• Hands-on experience with TCP/IP networks and file transfer protocols.
• Experience with IBM Sterling File Gateway (SFG).
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and within collaborative team environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with BPML.
