Manage and maintain enterprise file transfer services and connections.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain software tools for enterprise file transfers.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and external partners to establish and troubleshoot connections.
• Support and manage file transfer software and services.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for the service.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant IT work experience supporting file transfer software and services.
• Proficiency with Unix and Windows operating systems.
• Hands-on experience with TCP/IP networks and file transfer protocols.
• Experience with IBM Sterling File Gateway (SFG).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and within collaborative team environments.
