Description

Must-Have Skills:

Strong hands-on experience with IBM Sterling File Gateway (SFG), B2B Integrator, CCM, SSP-CM, and SEAS.
Strong knowledge of file-transfer protocols including FTP, SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS, and AS2.
Proficiency with Unix/Linux and shell scripting.
Experience supporting enterprise production and MFT environments.
Strong troubleshooting, incident management, and root-cause analysis skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Experience with Dynatrace monitoring and log analysis.
Exposure to container platforms such as OpenShift.
Familiarity with GitHub, YAML, and DevSecOps practices.
Experience with ServiceNow-based change management.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure and maintain Trading Partners, routing rules, services, adapters, and Business Processes (BP) within IBM Sterling.
Support deployments involving code changes, maps, configurations, and BP updates.
Monitor file-transfer flows, queues, BP execution, system health, and availability.
Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and resolve incidents within SLA timelines.
Provide L2 production support for IBM Sterling File Gateway and related Managed File Transfer components.
Configure and support security/encryption technologies including PGP, SSL, and SSH.
Support production environments through rotational 24/7 on-call coverage.
Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and security teams.
Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
Participate in change and incident management activities using ServiceNow
