You will own the architecture, design, and implementation of end-to-end Order Management Systems leveraging IBM OMS.
This role is on-site.
Responsibilities
Define end-to-end OMS architecture using IBM OMS modules including Distributed Order Management, SIP, Logistics Management, Supplier Collaboration, and Reverse Logistics.
Design integration strategies across ERP, WMS, CRM, e-commerce, payment, and logistics platforms.
Lead the implementation and customization of IBM OMS pipelines, participant models, inventory, order routing, and payment processes.
Oversee system scalability, security, compliance, and performance tuning for OMS solutions.
Establish and govern CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes for OMS solutions.
Required Skills
15+ years of IT experience, including 10+ years in OMS architecture and implementation.
Proven track record of multiple IBM OMS implementations for large retailers.
Deep expertise in IBM OMS, including containerized and cloud versions.
Expertise in Java, Angular, XML, XSLT, REST/SOAP web services, and microservices.
Hands-on experience customizing DOM, Pricing, Inventory, Call Center, Store, and Supplier Collaboration modules.
Experience with Nextgen OMoC 2.0 and next-gen call center/store order management customization.
Strong understanding of order lifecycle, inventory management, invoice/payment processing, and reverse logistics.
Experience implementing B2B and B2C scenarios.
Familiarity with Kafka, MQ, ELK, and Docker.
Preferred Skills
IBM OMS certification(s).
Experience with cloud platforms and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience in retail commerce and omnichannel order management.
